These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and panalowin ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://panalowin.app ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, players, merchants, and contributors of content. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and panalowin.
To register and use the panalowin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
panalowin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
To access the full range of services offered by panalowin, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the panalowin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If panalowin discovers that a player holds more than one account, the Company reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses received, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify panalowin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. panalowin shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC). panalowin operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. This process is conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts under investigation for fraud or policy violations may not be eligible for immediate closure.
panalowin supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Deposits. Deposits are credited to your panalowin wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ₱500. panalowin does not charge fees on deposits made via supported local payment methods, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. panalowin aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonuses credited to your account. panalowin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal request.
4.4 Refused Transactions. panalowin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law. In such cases, the Company will notify you and may request additional documentation.
panalowin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. panalowin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of software errors — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
5.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. panalowin is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion's terms.
All games available on the panalowin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All outcomes in panalowin's games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable results. Our RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, panalowin reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. No winnings generated as a result of a malfunction shall be considered valid.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. panalowin is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's end. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection while playing. Where possible, game sessions will be resumed from the point of disconnection.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the panalowin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of panalowin.
Any unauthorized use of panalowin's intellectual property may result in legal action. The panalowin name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company and may not be used without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, panalowin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.
panalowin's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your panalowin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. panalowin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
panalowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.1 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, panalowin may, at its sole discretion, void any pending bonuses, cancel any open bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification.
panalowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the panalowin Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.
You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against panalowin.
